We are now recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Casual Worker -Chef to join our Kitchen team.

What you will do

As our new Casual Worker - Chef you will be responsible for:

• Prepare special meals and substitute items

• Prepare food to Marriott standards and according to company specifications across Market Kitchen, Bar, Room Service and Events

• Monitor the quantity and quality of food that you prepare

• Maintain food logs and adhere to all components of food hygiene

• Anticipate and address Guests needs

What we’re looking for

• A passion for food and cooking for others

• A team-player attitude with the desire to learn

• A proactive, problem solving approach to working in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working in kitchens across multiple sections is a big plus
