WITHIN YOUR TEAM

You will be part of an international team of developers and testers, working on real-time embedded software applications targeting a Linux OS platform. Our work is primarily working on new product development and you will work on all aspects of the development life-cycle.

THIS JOB IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO

Contribute within a small team of Embedded Software Engineers, providing designs and technical solutions to new technology developments within the Product Development team. Interpret marketing specifications and provide technical concepts to Engineering problems within the development of industrial printers. This exciting work involves developing new and improving existing software designs to meet the customers’ requirements and would include all areas of the software development life cycle.

WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Design, implement, and maintain embedded software within the R&D/new product development team

• Solve complex problems and innovate unique software solutions

• Work in, and support, an international multidisciplinary team

• Have opportunities to travel abroad from time-to-time

• Have scope for personal and career development

YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:

• Strong experience of commercial software engineering in C++ Experience of developing embedded software, ideally real time

• Will be happy doing hands on debug and test work related to design verification.

• Will also be able to express technical matters adequately, both orally and in writing.
