We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Power Washing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining various surfaces, including buildings, driveways, sidewalks, and decks, using high-pressure washing equipment. This role requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate power washing equipment to clean and maintain residential and commercial properties.
- Assess the cleaning needs of different surfaces and apply appropriate cleaning techniques.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed to protect yourself, clients, and property.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in power washing or a related field preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Work Schedule:
- Part-time hours, typically including weekends and some weekdays.
