SEEKING INNOVATIVE, FORWARD-THINKING LEADERS Basic Functions: Under the general direction of the Superintendent or designee, the Principal is responsible for both the educational leadership affecting quality instruction and the administration of the school site and general control and supervision of all certificated and classified employees assigned to serve in the school. Qualifications: Education Required: • Master’s Degree from an accredited university; • Valid California Administrative Services Credential; • Valid California Teaching Credential; • English Language Authorization or equivalent. Experience Required/Preferred: • 5 years of successful teaching experience, required • Site Administrative Assistant/Designee experience, preferred • Team/Grade level member, preferred • District level committee experience, preferred • Bilingual in Spanish, desirable Important Dates: • Tentative Panel Interview: Week of July 29, 2024 • Tentative Final Interview: TBD
