Requirements :

• Must be experienced with Carpentry, Wood Working, Scaffold Building, or Framing!

• Will be Trained on Stucco!

• Experience with other trades, advanced skills, crew leadership, or running your own units is a plus.

• Must have a good attitude and be comfortable taking direction from Superintendents, Foremen, and Management.

• Must have your own set of tools, including power tools such as: skilsaw, Sawzall, nail gun, cordless drill, etc.

• Physical ability to bend, stretch, stand, climb stairs and walk for long periods up to three hours before taking a break.

• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• The ability to work safely on ladders.

• Willingness and ability to work overtime if necessary.

• Monday-Friday 7:45am-4:30pm (NO WEEKENDS)
