We are currently looking for a Full-time Lead Quality Assurance Technician to assisting the Quality Assurance Manager with the day-to-day tasks of the quality program in the plant. The primary responsibility is to assure final products meet the companys quality standards and adhere to customer specifications.\

Verify, Inspect and Troubleshoot quality through press run process.
Monitor compliance of SOPs, cGMPs and company policies
Review batch documentation prior to job shipment
Reject discrepant material and interact with parties involved
Organize and write reports
Use diagnostic equipment to test both new materials and retains from jobs
Assist with training new technicians
Assist in the calibration of lab equipment
Assist in document control
Perform other related duties as assigned or required

When your expertise drives us.

A degree from an accredited 2 or 4-year college is preferred.
Prior quality experience in a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge and experience in flexographic printing preferred.
Experience and extensive knowledge of HACCP and SQF Standards is a plus.
