Key Responsibilities:

Operational support on current processes, business operations and management

Reviewing and analyzing existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, developing strategies for process improvements, implementing and monitoring changes.

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Hybrid position, part remote and onsite at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL

Qualifications:

Experience with implementing quality standards.

CMMI experience preferred, but ITIL, ISO, also acceptable.

Experience developing and delivery training (in-person or virtual)

Experience in developing SOPs/other process documentation.

Problem solving

Evaluate existing business processes.

Develop and implement new processes.

Monitor and analyze process performance metrics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Effective Communication

Drive process standardization and compliance.

Nice to Have:

ITLV4 Foundation Certificate required.

Active DoD Secret Clearance Required
