Nou Systems, Inc. High-Fidelity Radar Analyst/Engineer in Huntsville, Alabama

We are pleased to announce the opening for a High Fidelity Radar Analyst who will join our Engineering Services Division in Huntsville, AL and become part of our rapidly growing technology company operating in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, biotechnology, and space control marketspaces. You will be part of a team known for providing quality analysis solutions to the Missile Defense Agency.
Responsibilities:
You’ll be
Supporting ground and flight test analysis, threat analysis, and high-fidelity radar analysis
Performing analysis on recorded and model generated radar data
Supporting technical reviews and information requests
Disseminating results and tracking progress in the form of written and oral presentations
Supporting the development, maintenance, and execution of medium and high fidelity computational and other radar analysis tools to ensure accuracy
Assessing associated risks and coordinating needs, requirements, and potential solutions offered with advanced MDA technologies
Basic Qualifications:
You must have a Master's degree in preferably a Science, Math, Engineering, or Technology field
You will need 12+ years of full-time professional experience
You must possess or can obtain an active Secret clearance or higher
You must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this position

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience developing MATLAB, Python or C++ tools
Experience with radar search, acquisition, and track and discrimination functions and methodologies
Experience with software configuration control processes and tools
Past performance developing technical memorandums, white papers, and briefings supporting findings and conclusions of analyses
Ability to work independently, applying engineering rigor to analyze and resolve problems within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with Program Management
Experience implementing systems engineering "V" processes
Ability to self-manage and initiate within team structure
Ability to decompose complex problems to actionable elements
Ability to work across organizational boundaries
Confidence in presenting complex information and concepts to Leaders at various levels
Proficient with Microsoft Office® applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of MDA Systems Engineering processes and procedures
Working knowledge of MDA organizational structure
Working knowledge of Missile Defense System (MDS) architecture and concepts
