Axient is seeking an Operations Analyst to support our customer in Huntsville, AL.

What you will do...

• Support a rapidly changing environmentdemonstrating strong time management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize to meet assigned deadlines.

• Provide support to the G-4 by planning, executing, coordinating, collecting data, performing analysis, and reporting in direct support of the Center’s facilities management efforts.

• Monitor andupdate the Divisions various briefing requirements, to reflect the most up to date status of each action and synchronize with the branch chiefs.

• Assist in tracking suspenses to ensure required actions are processed in a timely manner and assimilate documents for review by the branch and division chiefs.

• Assist in execution of various civilian administrative tasks to include the Defense Travel System (DTS), Automated Time Attendance Production System (ATAAPs), meeting minute taking, and calendar management.

Skills you will need...

• Bachelor's Degree in related field with a minimum of4years related experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)

• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Desired Skills

• Operations or Executive Officer experience

• Understanding of AR 25-50, Preparing and Managing Correspondence
