Responsibilities: Prepare concrete surfaces for industrial floor coatings and concrete polishing Operate floor grinder machines effectively to evenly match grinding, honing, and polishing levels Install industrial and commercial concrete floor coatings and cove base (epoxies, urethanes, MMAs, polyaspartics, overlays, etc.) Operate vehicles, grinder/polishers, floor scrubbers, hand power tools, vacuums, and other industry-related equipment Measure and mix products properly Maintain and clean tools and equipment Load and unload trucks Keep trucks and work areas organized
