Customer Account Manager

Job Description:

As our Customer Account Manager, every day, you will be responsible for generating revenue by meeting and exceeding assigned retention revenue and adding on sales revenue along with lead generation for services. Achieve success by driving early, on-time renewals and achieving or exceeding add-on revenue targets. To thrive in this role, goals and objectives are achieved through effective management and coordination with channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete renewal process.

• Develop and maintain a strategic plan to proactively engage with channel partners and customers; resolve open issues and escalate concerns to appropriate stakeholders.

• Utilize Salesforce to track and maintain renewal status.

• Manage additional projects and assignments as defined by the business needs.

• Hybrid Office Environment- 3 days a week in Lawrenceville, GA.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of indirect Sales experience (channel).

• Advanced Microsoft Office and computer skills, Salesforce, etc.

• Detail-orientated, with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Strong propensity for learning new systems and processes for development.

• Software / SaaS industry experience.
