Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 8 years of experience designing and implementing supply chain systems.

• 8 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).

• Experience managing the full implementation lifecycle for designing/delivering Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions using data modeling tools, data integration (ETL) and visualization tools (such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

• Experience with SQL Pipelines, Data Analytics, and Data Visualization from solution design.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with third-party Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications within Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Marketing, etc.

• Experience managing projects and creating Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) artifacts.

• Experience working with advanced analytics solutions, including machine learning and statistical analytics.

• Experience with relational databases and SQL.

• Knowledge of statistical packages (R, SAS, Stata, Matlab, etc.).

• Ability to articulate business questions, pulling from large datasets (SQL) and using statistics to arrive at an answer.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels to understand their business needs. Formulate a roadmap of initiatives that lead to measurable business value for our partners by leveraging data for insight and actionable intelligence.

• Conduct solution delivery workflows that includes data gathering and requirements specification, analysis, and presentations to partner audiences at all levels.

• Influence and educate stakeholder and partner leadership through your compelling data-driven analysis about the challenges in their business and the opportunities before them.

• Architect, develop, and automate BI and analytics solutions, iteratively build and prototype dashboards and other data assets that provide insights at scale.

• Identify optimization opportunities and make business recommendations (e.g., cost-benefit, invest-divest, forecasting, impact analysis) with effective presentations of findings for partner and stakeholder leadership through visual displays of quantitative information.
