We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and driving execution of our roadmap. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with multiple partner teams in planning, designing, and implementing some of the key building blocks that contribute towards empowering teams to manage their feature's lifecycle in a secure, safe, and controlled manner platform.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• You will define architecture and technical requirements for our cloud-based velocity platform.

• You will work in a fast-paced technical environment with engineering leaders across Microsoft.

• Help identify and deliver against program Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) by coordinating the team’s strategy and tactics.

• Partner with stakeholders and contributors to define the plan for each release and collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver per plan.

• You will drive progress as part of agile development practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND extensive experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.

• Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Preferred Qualification s:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent skills, and/or practical experience

• Extensive experience in a software development, technical program management, or a similar role delivering platform or service features.

• Experience with driving compliance areas in a software development setting.

• Experience reading and/or writing/creating documentation/specifications/project artifacts.

• Experience in software development or dev-ops.
