Job Description: Technical Recruiter

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team, focusing on placing recruiters with specialized AI knowledge. This role is critical to supporting our internal team at Randstad Sourceright (RSR) on the Cisco Recruiter on Demand (ROD) account. You will be responsible for sourcing and securing top talent with both technical recruiting expertise and AI-specific skills to meet the unique demands of this high-profile account.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the internal RSR team supporting the Cisco ROD account to understand specific technical and AI-related recruitment needs.

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates with expertise in both technical recruiting and AI-related roles.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of AI-focused technical recruiters to support our internal efforts on the Cisco account.

• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical proficiency, AI knowledge, and cultural fit within our team.

• Manage the offer negotiation and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless integration of new hires into our recruitment operations.

• Stay informed on AI industry trends and technical recruiting best practices to continuously refine sourcing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a technical recruiter, with a strong focus on recruiting for technology roles, preferably within AI.

• Deep understanding of AI technologies and the recruitment skills required to source top talent in this specialized area.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with the internal RSR team.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with the unique demands of supporting recruitment efforts for a tech-focused account like Cisco.

• Understanding of NAM market
