The Role

The Manager Sales Development Representative will play an integral role in driving the growth of our customer base and revenue through generating qualified leads for the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to break into the high-tech sales industry or take your sales career to the next level. The SDR Manager is to generate through prospecting techniques, an average of 50-80 meetings per month with his/her team of SDRs. 

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Lead SDR team to build a metrics driven high velocity lead generation machine through innovative tactics and optimization of email campaigns.

  • Help develop email scripts for prospecting.

  • Coach team members on researching target companies and key decision makers to identify their business challenges and need for Innovapptive solutions.

  • Coach team on writing compelling emails and tell engaging stories that leave prospective customers wanting to learn more about the value of our products.

  • Develop a close partnership with the BDR team to create seamless collaboration between demand gen and lead conversion efforts.

  • Manage sales development representatives through a structured lead generation process with a focus on data driven KPIs (number of leads sequenced, calls, meetings and sales qualified opportunities)

  • Create development plans to help increase productivity with a goal on increased qualified meetings

  • Other duties as assigned.

    What You Bring to The Team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience of leading sales Development/Business Development/Marketing Development Representatives

  • SaaS software experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Must have a proven track record of hiring, training, coaching, and motivating a SDR team for a minimum of three years.

  • Deeply analytical with a proven ability to foster data-driven sales cultures.

  • Comprehensive understanding of lead generation techniques and processes.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and other leading sales and marketing tools.

  • Superior leadership and management skills that include communication, excellence, transparency, collaboration and mentoring.

  • Customer-centric point of view with a passion for delighting customers.

  • Proficient communication both written and oral

  • Detail oriented and diligent

  • Must thrive in a fast-paced competitive environment

  • Excellent organization and analytical skills
