In this role you will...

• Building/Maintaining robust, scalable, and high-quality test automation solutions for functional, regression and API testing.

• Automate feature/regression test cases for web applications, API using Rest Assured and web with Selenium.

• Building, customizing, deploying, and managing the environment/ test automation frameworks.

• Create and Run test suite for Feature, regression and sanity test cases.

• Performing high-class debugging of the issues identified in the daily suite.

• Create a comprehensive testing strategy by leveraging advanced testing methodologies, DevOps practices and innovative solutions.

• Understanding project documents, customer requirements, and product objectives to create and execute test cases.

• Maintaining consistent high pass % of various testing suites.

• Handling technical communications across the teams.

• Reporting all testing actions performed in daily and weekly reports.

• Researching test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrading existing practices and processes.

• Managing the final quality on production release/patch.

• Continuous learning capabilities to enhance team’s skills.

You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have…

• 4+ experience as SDET or automation engineer with a solid understanding of testing techniques (Automation Exp Mandatory).

• Hands on experience in Java / C# (Preferably C#).

• Hands on experience in Web, API/Web Services automation and designing API’s

• Good experience in developing /maintaining new automation frameworks.

• Ability to run multiple Selenium tests in parallel.

• Experience using CI/CD systems such as Jenkins.

• Hands-on in writing complex SQL queries.

• Should have experience on code versioning tools like SVN/Git/Bitbucket etc.

• Good Hands on with IDE like Visual Studio and expert in debugging the code snippets.

• Should have ability to understand the flow of code and how it interacts with different components.

• Proven debugging and troubleshooting skills.

• Should have experience in mocking services.

• Provide transparency to key stakeholders of testing progress, defects and risks.

• Experience generating test reports from both tools and manually.

• Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams and management to collect requirements, identify tasks, provide estimates and meet commitments.

• A track record of success and consistent growth showing that you are highly motivated and capable of coming up with creative, innovative and working solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good time management, collaborative and organizational skills.

Extra dose of awesomeness if you have…

• Hands-on exposure on AWS or any Cloud platform.

• Any Cloud Certification would be a plus. #LI-Onsite
