In this vital role you will support the Business Performance Manager and PMO office with managing data & analytics visualization in support of the overall transition management office. The candidate supports designing and maintaining program management dashboards for the Amgen India Transition Program Management Office (PMO). The role coordinates with cross-functional teams to gather and organize data, utilizing industry-standard analytical tools to facilitate decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage databases and data systems necessary for the Program and functions.

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets.

• Prepare reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.

• Identify and recommend new ways to streamline business processes.

• Use data to create models that can be used to depict trends.

• Work with different functions to outline the specific data needs for each business process.

What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:

Master’s degree and 1 to 3 years of Data & Analytics Development experience

OR

Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of Data & Analytics Development experience

OR

Diploma and 7 to 9 years of Data & Analytics Development experience

Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills

• Data & analytics development experience.

• Proficiency in SQL and relevant programming/scripting languages.

• Experience in analytics and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.

• Experience in handling reporting packages like Business Objects, programming (Javascript, XML, or ETL frameworks), databases (SQL, etc.).

Soft Skills:

• Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.

• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.

• Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
