What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will support our rare disease business unit with a focus on a neuroimmunology product. You will be responsible for analyzing various data sources to provide insights that support our sales and marketing efforts.

Data Analysis and Management:

  • Perform comprehensive data analysis using SQL, VBA, and Python to extract, clean, and manipulate data.

  • Manage and integrate different types of data, including HCP (Health Care Provider) data, patient data, and claims data.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analyses and reports.

Commercial Insights:

  • Develop and deliver actionable insights from commercial data to support the neuroimmunology product's sales and marketing strategies.

  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the data to drive business growth and improve market positioning.

Reporting and Dashboard Development:

  • Create and maintain management reports and dashboards to provide clear and concise information to sales and marketing leaders.

  • Use visualization tools to present data in an easily understandable format for various collaborators.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and IT, to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives.

  • Provide analytical support for strategic decision-making processes and business planning activities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree or Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of data analytics experience within the life sciences industry OR

  • Associate's Degree and 6 years of data analytics experience within the life sciences industry OR

  • High School / GED and 8 years of data analytics experience within the life sciences industry

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or an advanced degree (Master's or higher) in a related field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Life Sciences, preferrably with a focus on commercial data.

  • Proficiency in programming languages, including SQL, VBA, and Python.

  • Strong experience in managing and analyzing HCP data, patient data, and claims data.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

  • Experience with data visualization tools and management reporting development.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Thorough with a high level of accuracy and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience with neuroimmunology products or rare disease market analytics.

  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical sales and marketing processes.

This role is paid hourly. The expected annualized salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is $76,857.00 to $104,261.00. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
