This Advanced Practice Provider will join the Shelbourne Knee Center out of Community Hospital East, located in Indianapolis, IN.

Highlights

Community Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to work days at the Shelbourne Knee Center located Indianapolis, IN. This Advanced Practice Provider will work with three physicians and one APP.

  • Part-time opportunity.

  • No call or holidays required.

  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.

  • Experienced team including 2 providers and 1 APP.

  • Rotational call for after hours.

Qualifications

  • Orthopedic or PM&R experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is preferred. Open to new graduates with a passion for the musculoskeletal system

  • Willingness to learn and support the protocols for this quality-oriented outpatient office are required

  • Ideal candidate must be self-motivated, adaptable to change, and have a team mentality attitude

  • Requires the ability to integrate research to educate patients, families, nursing staff and physicians on medical options and choices of care

  • Must conduct comprehensive health assessments while independently evaluating new and follow-up patients. No surgical procedures are required

Licensure & Certifications

Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana
