Make a Difference

The Account Executive for Encore will be responsible for directing, developing, and implementing effective sales/ service strategies within an assigned territory, including presentation and communication programs for PPO Networks and all products to retain and increase network membership enrollment growth and is accountable for results. This position works with established departmental policy and procedures to ensure achievement of goals and standards for increased network sales through broker and employer direct sales strategies. This position is responsible for providing decision making and strategic planning including the efficient and productive use of material and financial resources. Introduces the PPO products and networks to new payers and recommends payers for contract status. This position requires the ability to think critically and make decisions based on internal financial arrangements and external market.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related health care field required.

· Two (2) years of sales experience sales experience in an insurance or healthcare setting in a customer service and direct sales position.

· Current Indiana Life & Health Insurance Agents license preferred.

· Requires the ability to effectively communicate strategies and products to all levels of employees and senior management.

· Develops a clear, realistic, and actionable vision, and provide a results-oriented strategy.

· Strong communication skills.

· Ability to build relationships, selling services and developing business opportunities.
