As an Imaging Account Manager, you’ll own and drive the sales strategy of the GE HealthCare diagnostic imaging portfolio at accounts within the Central and Southern Indiana.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders within hospital, physician practice and imaging center account service lines (Radiology, Cardiology, Oncology, OR & Women’s Health) in order to identify qualified leads, grow market share and increase revenue, and reduce customer attrition.

  • Deliver on quarterly & annual orders and revenue sales targets; maximize profit margin on equipment and service contract sales.

  • Leverage diagnostic imaging product knowledge in MRI, Xray, CT, Interventional Radiology & Cardiology, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine & PET-C to drive funnel growth for the region.

  • Demonstrate expertise in customers’ installed base and develop technology & capital plans that map with their annual budget process.

  • Collaborate with the account community team to drive closure with site visits and co-developed negotiation strategies.

  • Reduce cycle time by leveraging Salesforce.com (CRM tool) to track customer and account activity, to map visibility and drive market share, and to prioritize sales funnel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience supporting the healthcare industry OR an associate degree with a minimum of 10 years experience

  • Demonstrated experience presenting complex information both verbally and written to decision makers.

  • Must live in and be willing to travel within the territory. Central and Southern Indiana.

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the Healthcare industry selling capital diagnostic imaging equipment OR technical Imaging product knowledge

  • Ability to thrive in a matrix sales organization

  • Curious learner able to stay abreast of industry, products and healthcare trends

  • Desire to learn and adapt to win in an evolving environment

  • Strong evidence of negotiating complex contracts at the c-suite level
