Position Overview:

Responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and coordination of a clinical audit team for long term services and supports (LTSS), Intellectual and Development Disabilities and other age blind and disabled population care managers, ensuring compliance with both internal standards and external regulatory requirement.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Directs and oversees audit strategies in support of corporate and health plan compliance

• Directs and collaborates with functional managers to develop and implement the steps necessary to manage program operations and overall performance

• Participates in cross-functional workgroups created to improve internal controls and streamline processes

• Manages resource utilization to ensure appropriate delivery of care to members and adequate coverage for departmental tasks and job responsibilities

• Hires, trains, coaches, counsels and evaluates performance of direct reports

Required Qualifications:

• Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 6 years experience, including prior management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Significant experience in clinical auditing, preferably in a managerial role

• Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills

• Strong analytical abilities and insight into healthcare-legislation and guidelines
