Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance Marketing Project Specialist in Indianapolis, Indiana
Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinates and manages the Advertising inbox and marketing requests.
Ensures marketing projects are delivered efficiently and timely.
Assists with Field social media onboarding and page setup.
Assists with day-to-day social media requests.
Manages Canva Templates for Agency Owners, Marketing Activities Specialists, and Agents.
Monitors for compliance on social media pages and marketing materials.
Trains Field employees on Social Media use and dos/don’ts.
Surveys and listens to agents and assists with applying the feedback given.
Builds relationships with the field employees.
Provides storefront support.
Provides direct mail and email marketing support.
Knowledge and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications or Graphic Design or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of experience producing content for social media and digital channels.
Basic knowledge of digital and social media content production and publishing.
Effective utilization of computer systems including Canva.
Familiarity with Hootsuite, Trello, or Formstack.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to multi-task, sometimes in high stress and deadline situations.
Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
