The Registered Nurse – Pre-op/Procedural/Recovery (RN) will be part of a professional care team responsible for assisting in colorectal and GI/endoscopic surgical procedures. Will collaborate with all members of the care team to provide exceptional care and compassion to our patient population and the families we serve.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

This RN will possess strong written, verbal and nonverbal interpersonal and professional communication skills. They will demonstrate ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task, will be able to take direction well but will also be self-directed and motivated. This RN will possess a high degree of responsibility, responsiveness.

-Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience

-Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)

-Experience Required for PRN positions, prefer 2= years in PACU, ICU, ED or other high acuity/procedural areas
