KITCHEN KETTLE VILLAGE is now accepting applications for a *FULL-TIME ROASTED ROOSTER & MOMS PRETZELS OPERATIONS MANAGER. * The Roasted Rooster/MOMS Guest Service Assistant Captain reports to the Food Service Captain, Kitchen Kettle Foods Coach, and Owners. This position has the responsibility of spreading happiness and making sure that all aspects of company standards are met by:

  • Ensuring that all team members are properly trained and follow company policies and Roasted Rooster and MOMS procedures
  • Ensuring guests have an exceptional experience
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work and guest environment
  • Communicating all matters of concern, discrepancies, and team member situations to the captain.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS of this position include, but are not limited to:

  1. Product knowledge.
  2. Help store manager in all team member training, coaching, and development.
  3. Help store manager stock/display merchandise.
  4. Greet guests and develop customer relations.
  5. Open and close stores.
  6. Boost sales and offer complimentary items.
  7. Have excellent communication skills.
  8. Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  9. Customer service and guest focus oriented.

     

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job requires being on your feet for up to four hours at a time. You must be able to walk at a brisk pace from location to location for a full day's shift. You may be asked to lift or move objects up to 50 pounds and use a stepstool.  Twisting, bending, reaching, stooping, or kneeling is required. You must be able to safely drive a golf cart and maneuver in the parking lot and driveways at the Village. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers/fax machines, cash drawers, and filing cabinets.
