What You’ll Get to Do:

As a CACI-SOAS USAREUR-AF Project Officer (CI HUMINT Analyst w/PAI & Language) you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence related mission partners, as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF)mission areas. The USAREUR-AF TMISS Team will research, analyze, and produce near- and long-term all source assessments on terrorism / counterterrorism, and multi-discipline counter-intelligence issues in response to CG USAREUR-AF’s priority intelligence requirements and to enable U.S. and foreign partner counterintelligence operations.

You will be a member of a team that supports the Intelligence Directorate of the Army Component Command of both the US European Command and US Africa Command.

More About the Role:

As a CACI SOAS USAREUR-AF Project Officer (CI HUMINT Analyst w/PAI & Language) you will embed at

Clay Kaserne in Wiesbaden, Federal Republic of Germany

and may travel within both theaters as required, to perform services at locations within the USEUCOM or USAFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

These positions are contingent upon SOFA approval or commensurate work-Visa requirements at the primary place of duty. Employee must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and/or deploy to austere or hostile fire zones as required.

Other duties of the Project Officer CI HUMIT Analyst w/PAI Language will include but are not limited to:

  • Lead a specialized team of language enabled PAI collectors and a PAI Project Officer.

  • Develop leads for CI and HUMINT POI to mitigate foreign intelligence threats to enhanced Vigilance Activities and force protection against terror threats.

  • Develop PAI collection and analysis workflows and integrate data to cue multidiscipline intelligence collection efforts.

  • Conduct quality control of PAI data and prepare indicators to satisfy USAREUR AF Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR).

  • Conduct briefings for U.S. and Allied partners, sharing relevant PAI findings and insights.

  • Ensure the secure collection of critical information using the latest technology and techniques.

  • Integrate PAI with classified intelligence at scale, leveraging a wide range of programs and data science techniques.

  • Plan and execute Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) and Risk Management Level-2 identity data management operations.

  • Interface with U.S. Interagency PAI and OSINT organizations to ensure the G2X is utilizing the most updated and effective tools and advanced techniques.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • MA/MS Degree + 10 Years relevant experience in the field of CI, HUMINT and PAI

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

  • Current and active TS/SCI

  • Certified in Open-Source Intelligence (C|OSINT) from MI School house, or MOIS - Certified OSINT Expert, or GIAC Open-Source Intelligence (GOSI), or IC/industry equivalent.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Recent CI / HUMINT experience, particularly in the EUCOM/AFRICOM Theater

  • Ability to multi-task, and to generate reports on multiple intelligence topics at once

  • Past experience managing efforts of a team, ensuring all team members contribute and work together

  • Experience working with Host-nation and Third-part nation military in joint production of intelligence products.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100 - 172,400 USD
