Position Overview:

They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Entry-Level Staff Accountant. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with minimal experience to gain valuable hands-on experience in accounting and finance. The successful candidate will work closely with our senior accounting staff and will have the opportunity to develop their skills in various areas of accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets

• Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and other financial records

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

• Prepare and file tax returns and other compliance documents

• Conduct financial analysis and research as needed

• Assist with audits and other financial projects

• Maintain accurate and organized financial records

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks

• Stay up-to-date on accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with QuickBooks is a plus)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Prior internship or work experience in accounting or finance is preferred but not required
