Description Robert Half is partnering with a leading company in the hospitality industry looking to permanent for a Benefits Specialist to start ASAP! This position is located in their corporate office (Irving, TX 75062), starting on a Contract to permanent basis! You will assist with the administration of all benefits, retirement programs, and provide support to HR and Payroll team! Details: Contract to permanent 100% in office Requirements Role & Responsibilities : Benefits Specialist reporting to Payroll department · Responsible for entering or importing weekly benefit enrollments and changes in the payroll system · Respond to benefits inquiries from HR and associates on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries · Enter weekly 401k enrollment changes and setup loan deductions in system / annual 401k audit · Assist with completing disability and life claims · Resolve any benefit enrollment issues
