Citigroup IT Business Lead Analyst in Irving, Texas

Citibank, N.A. seeks an IT Business Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.

Duties: Support initiative to upgrade core accounting and servicing application including migrating to the Loan IQ platform and exiting current products that support the businesses. Drive integrations, conversion, reporting and testing components of the transformation program. Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems by analyzing business processes, systems and industry standards. Identify and communicate risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment. Determine system functional specifications and partner with multiple management teams to meet organizational objectives. Provide in-depth and sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions and influence strategic functional decisions. Define and manage business specifications end-to-end and act as facilitator between the Operations, IT and other areas. Develop detailed test planning and coordination of testing activities front-to-back in cooperation with other involved areas. Conduct workshops and interview with stakeholders. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Six (6) of experience must include: Supporting business applications including Loan IQ and Oracle Flexcube; Supporting Loan IQ Application issues reported by Business users on bilateral and syndicated loans and transactions; Utilizing Event Manager configuration and setup to configure the Loan IQ system globally for users; Working with data feeds and interfaces from Loan IQ; Managing deliverables of the Banking and Lending program including leading sub-projects through analysis, design, testing, migration and implementation of Loan IQ; Documenting, validating, and reviewing functional business and system requirements and working with the development team to design the functionality in Loan IQ; Defining the business processes for the multiple lines of business that will be utilizing Loan IQ as well as gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to ensure that the technological design meets the necessary business needs; Ensuring the process outputs needed by the project team are created in a timely fashion including business and functional requirements, use cases, and flow diagrams; and Troubleshooting application configuration issues as encountered by users and ensure timely resolution. 40 hrs./wk.
