Description We are looking for a proficient Accountant to join our team in IRWINDALE, California. Your primary role will be to manage and oversee our daily accounting activities, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. You will also be expected to prepare monthly financial reports, reconcile online invoices, and assist with quarterly and weekly costing.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily accounting activities, ensuring all business transactions are recorded accurately.

• Prepare and maintain end of the month journal entries.

• Generate weekly Sales Reports for upper management.

• Handle the full accounts receivable cycle, supporting Account Receivable Coordinators in their tasks.

• Manage invoicing processes, including chargebacks to vendors and miscellaneous invoices.

• Prepare credit and debit memos for vendors and customers.

• Coordinate with logistics vendors for receiving Bill of Ladings.

• Assist in quarterly and weekly costing.

• Reconcile online invoices regularly.

• Handle inventory adjustments on finished goods, raw materials, and packaging.

• Carry out any other duties as assigned. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of accounting.

• Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Familiar with Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, and Journal Entries.

• Capable of performing Month End Close tasks.

• Experienced in using accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.

• Knowledgeable in handling Credit Memo, Cash Applications, and Chargebacks.

• Possess a thorough understanding of Full Cycle Accounting.

• Proficient in GAAP Accounting and US GAAP.

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, including Excel Formulas, Pivot Table, and VLOOKUP.

• Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
