Welcome to BoomZeal Enterprises, Inc. - we are a locally owned and operated, multi-level organization that is changing the landscape on how clients hire for home improvement services - focusing on both residential and commercial spaces, including emergency and non-emergency projects. Within BZE exists (4) different entities, United Water Restoration Group, 1-Tom-Plumber, Low Price Junk Removal and United Shield Contracting Corp. These entities cover the water/fire restoration, emergency plumbing, rubbish removal and construction industries. We have uniquely positioned ourselves to be a self-sustaining ecosystem, where we can provide nearly any home improvement service for our clients and be a true one-stop-shop.
Develop and maintain B2B and B2B2C relationships through new and existing customers within Long Island via face-to-face drop-ins/meeting, phone, email and text
Increase sales volume for 1-Tom-Plumber Long Island by selling new services to commercial and residential prospects
Increase sales volume for all BZE entities but identifying cross-selling opportunities to suit your clients needs
Identify and research ideal clients to target which include but are not limited to: property managers, maintenance directors, local business owners (brick and mortar locations), and large strategic partnerships
Maintain your pipeline and routes with accurate notes and continuous follow-up via Proven CRM
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
Host Lunch and Learn with clients and attend industry related events, as needed (these may occur during or after normal business hours along with weekends).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Collaborate with the operations and customer support teams to ensure a coordinated approach to business growth
Proven track record in sales, business development or a related role
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Be a self starter! You must be able to work independently and as part of a tribe
Strategic thinking and solution-oriented
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales and leads targets
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Be hungry: were looking for a dedicated and results-driven individual who will be relentless in acquiring clients and providing excellent service - day or night
Embody the critical competencies needed for this role: enthusiasm, clear and effective communication, flexibility, proactivity, dedicated work ethic, efficiency and follows through on commitments
CRAs typically work in the field (about 85% of your time) to develop and maintain relationships to contribute to sales and business growth.
CRA should expect to work from our Farmingdale, NY office about 5-6 hours a week for meetings, data entry, training and to pick-up additional marketing materials.
Must have own vehicle and have the ability to travel to and throughout Long Island, New York
Working hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm - however, we have a 24/7 mindset given our ties with emergency services, and therefore you may need to work outside of those hours to provide operational excellence to your clients
