We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The Forklift Operator will also be accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker duties.

salary: $18 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move products and materials within the warehouse or production facility.

• Accurately locate and retrieve items from inventory as needed. Perform counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

• Inspect products and materials for damage or discrepancies, ensuring high-quality handling.

• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Conduct routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues to the supervisor.

• Maintain accurate records of material movements and inventory adjustments.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time
