At Egencia our mission is to power business growth by strengthening connections, broadening horizons and bridging divides through travel. Our Transportation Product team is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Jr. Product Manager to help us do just that.

The Transportation Product team is part of Egencia global product organization. The team manages the entire lifecycle of Air and Rail transactions. Responsible for the end-to-end experience of the traveler, travel arrangers and travel consultants, we focus on delivering the most value to all our users and suppliers.

The Jr. Product Manager will take a lead role in expanding Egencia's flight booking capabilities, taking ownership of the whole customer journey from shopping through booking and beyond. You will work collaboratively across other Product teams, Technology, Operations, Finance and broader Amex GBT partners to build and execute our product delivery strategy. You have a strategic attitude and should be proficient in strategic business models and approaches. Our team aims to converge and evolve our systems to unlock the tremendous potential of Egencia in the Travel Management space.

What will you do:

  • Work cross-functional Product, Technology and Operations teams to drive execution and delivery of world class products

  • Partner with strong technical teams to translate customer needs into workable technology solutions

  • Envision business objectives, opportunities and develop product roadmaps

  • Develop and evangelize an understanding of our business traveler pain points and aspirations

  • Lead the execution of products from inception through deployment

  • Use data and judgement to craft our strategy and define clear roadmaps

  • Deliver on our roadmap by prioritizing for maximum impact

  • Catalyst of change that can influence the broader organization and community of Egencia leaders

  • Anticipate delivery risks, and manage trade-offs

  • Collaborative leader who builds a constructive working culture across Product, Technology and Operations

  • Rigorously execute on experiments and measure outcomes

  • Build relationships and make transparent decisions with diverse teams
