We're looking for an experienced HR Coordinator will play a role in supporting various human resources functions and administrative duties within the organization. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of mulitasking in a fast-paced environment. This role is temporary. work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Primary focus will be ensuring smooth and accuracy of payroll entries before processing

Spearhead the onboarding process for new hires, guiding them through different stages of the new hire process

This position demands meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in payroll systems, and a knack for building relationships with employees

Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments

This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications

Monitor and audit payroll entries to ensure efficiency and accuracy

Enter data information into appropriate databases and spreadsheets

Manage employee files and sensitive data
