Summary: This position is remote. However, candidates must be willing to work east coast core work hours are local to Washington, DC area.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop ServiceNow custom applications using declarative app engine. Provide expert configuration of ServiceNow through systems development lifecycle. Provide unit testing of implementation. Support development in Agile framework. Support requirements discussions with internal and external stakeholders and third-party contributors. Provide subject matter expertise for ServiceNow for the enterprise
Requirements

: Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of ServiceNow hands on experience. May consider additional years of experience in lieu of a degree. Must have hands on ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules in particular experience with Customer Service Management (CSM). Experience with HTML5, Angular JS, jQuery, and CSS. Active ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) Certification or the ability to obtain certification within 3 months of hire date. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum concepts. Knowledge of ITIL concepts. Experience working in a highly matrixed organization. Attention to Detail is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.
