Our client in the automotive industry is seeking an Accounts Receivables Clerk to join their team. As an Accounts Receivables Clerk, you will be part of the finance department supporting the Accounts Receivables team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work efficiently in a multi-tasking, time-sensitive, fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Accounts Receivables Clerk

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Pay Range: $21 an hour

What's the Job?

• Reconcile Accounts Receivable using multiple customer databases

• Assist with Audits, Month End/Year End Reconciliations/Entry

• Ensures correct coding on invoices to Customers

• Reconciles aging and accounts for accuracy and timely payments

• Communication with Customers related to A/R via phone and email

What's Needed?

• Ability to use computerized systems and MS Office functions (excel a must)

• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

• Previous AR experience a plus

• 1 – 2 years with computerized systems

• Punctual and dependable
