Description:

We

are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Technician to join our team. The

ideal

candidate will have expertise in working with various security brands,

including

AMAG, ASSA ABLOY, Avigilon, Axis, Brivo, DSC, Eagle Eye, Genetec,

Honeywell,

Open Path, and Lenel/S2. As a Security Technician, you will be

responsible

for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting security systems

to

ensure the safety and security of our clients' premises.

Responsibilities:

Install,

configure, and maintain security systems, including access control

systems,

video surveillance systems, and intrusion detection systems.

Collaborate

with clients to understand their security requirements and provide

appropriate

solutions.

Conduct

site surveys to assess the security needs and recommend system upgrades

or

enhancements.

Troubleshoot

and resolve technical issues related to security systems,

including

hardware and software problems.

Perform

regular maintenance and inspections of security systems to ensure

optimal

performance.

Keep

up-to-date with the latest advancements in security technology and

recommend

system improvements.

Provide

training and support to clients on the proper use and operation of

security

systems.

Collaborate

with other team members and departments to ensure seamless

integration

of security systems with other building systems.

Adhere

to industry standards and best practices for security system installation

and

maintenance.

Current

certification in one of the following is a plus: Current certification or

proficiency in one of the following is a plus:

Brand

Experience:

Access

Control: Pro-Watch, Genetec, Software House, Lenel/S2, OpenPath.

Video:

Axis, Exacq, Milestone, MaxPro, Genetec, Victor, Avigilon, Hanwha.

Locking hardware, ASSA ABLOY, Von Duprin & Adams Rite.

Intrusion:

Vista, DSC, Bosch & DMP.

Skills:

Access control, Security, Install, Alarms, IP Cameras, Intrusion, Electrical,

troubleshooting
