Description

We're seeking a talented Lead End User Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll wear two hats: providing exceptional technical support to our customers and collaborating with the IT Manager to optimize our service team processes.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in software support, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.

Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with a ticketing system (e.g., Zoho Desk) preferred.

Proficiency with remote support tools.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
