Job Title: Product Owner
Location: Jacksonville, FL or Richmond, VA
Work Model- Hybrid (3 days Onsite)
Duration: 12- 18 months
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our products by defining their vision, prioritizing features, and collaborating closely with stakeholders and development teams.
• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the priorities of the business and customers.
• Gather, analyze, and document product requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into user stories.
• Work closely with the development team to define features, functionalities, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders.
• Plan and prioritize releases based on business priorities and market needs.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the product development process.
• Define key metrics and performance indicators to measure the success of the product.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in product management.

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile software development environments.
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in SQL and other analytics tools
Characteristics of a top performer: Demonstrated experience managing large work efforts with experience generating executive level reporting.
Overall Scope of Work: Building a centralized tool capable of scanning all external Bank wend sites to ensure compliance with data protection laws around the world.
