Onin Staffing Vehicle Installer in Jacksonville, Florida

Job Description**
Primary responsibilities are installing, repairing, testing, and removing 12-volt law enforcement vehicle equipment, including, but not limited light bars, flashers, sirens, video cameras, laptops, printers, consoles, transport partitions, radios, speakers, antennas, routers, windshield and side glass and more.
This is a long term permanent position
Shift: Mon - Fri, 7am - 4pm
21.00/hr
Work Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience is desired, but not required
- Knowledge ofvehicle wiring
- Able to identify electrical circuits
- Experience w/ installation of emergency lighting desired, but not required
- Able to communicate well with others
- Able to work on and see small objects
- Good hearing and color vision
- Be prompt and prepared to work
- Emergency Vehicle Technician(EVT) Certification is desired, but not required
- Be able to install auto glass either in a shop or at mobile locations, including outdoor locations
- Have experience as an auto glass technician, a plus
- The Installer must be able to perform physically demanding tasks that may require accessing confined spaces to modify the vehicles to the client's requirements.
