Manulife Indonesia Bancassurance Sales Recruitment & Activation Specialist will be accountable for the Recruitment and Sales Development, Sales Production, Data Analysis and Project execution.

We are looking for someone with:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience as a recruitment manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully filling positions across various departments and levels.

In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.

Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.

Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics to drive informed decisions.

Leadership qualities with the capability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve recruitment goals.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus

On the job you will:

Lead Recruitment project, Monitoring, Create report and Analysis data

Represent recruitment unit to present and create report for Steerco meeting

Able to convert data/ report into Business information and inform it to PB Channel/ Bank Partner.

Able to adapt with dynamic environment and work load which need a fast phase and respond

Able to process recruitment data analysis and give a best solution to senior level

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to fulfill organizational staffing needs.

Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Assess applicants’ experience and aptitudes

Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Analyze recruitment metrics and data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires into the organization.

Familiar with recruitment system including upload recruit documents in system

Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Able to conduct recruitment Presentation class, Recruitment Event

Able to Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
