ATI Business Group Fare Audit Team Leader in Jakarta, Indonesia
We are looking for Fare Audit team members to assist the team's objective to audit the fares by comparing fares in GDS, spreadsheet and fare sheet. To succeed in this role, you should be a detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with strong analytical and good English skill.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyzing the fare sheets in GDS and the client's system.
Lead, coach, and evaluate a team of Fare Audit staff, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to foster growth and development.
Design and implement innovative strategies to optimize daily operations, ensuring high efficiency and effectiveness in meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including adapting the team's schedules to provide coverage.
Continuously monitor workflow, identify areas for improvement, implement process enhancements, and use data-driven insights to improve productivity and meet SLA metrics.
Qualifications:
Must have a bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
A minimum proficiency level of B2 on the CEFR scale is required.
Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo is an advantage.
Prior leadership experience is beneficial.
Being highly skilled in using Microsoft Excel, having strong auditing skills, and high attention to detail are preferred.
