You’ll make an impact by

• Develops, decides and implements appropriate Health Management guidelines for unit(s) assigned.

• Performs physical examination and health assessment of employees.

• Performs full evaluations of employees' condition.

• Provides case management for medical leaves of absence and worker's compensation cases, as well as for follow-up care.

• Prepares and tracks reports of employees treated and/or industrial accidents.

• Guides the care of employees with disabilities and stabilized chronic conditions.

• Maintain regularly updated patient medical records that document all evaluations, medications, treatments, test results and other records.

Your defining qualities

• Preferably 3 years working experience as a Company Medical Doctor

• Degree in Medicine or related majors

• A valid medical license and experience in primary care or occupational medicine (a plus).

• Having knowledge in Insurance, especially Health will be an advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse employee population.

• A detail-oriented and compassionate approach with patients and staff

• Possess service-centered mindset.

• Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
