WTW Work & Rewards Intern in Jakarta, Indonesia

The Role

  • Collect and validating data (e.g. organization and employee data, cash/benefit data, strategy documents) for benchmarking and various analysis

  • Conduct/develop desk research, interview, analysis, reports and presentation related to various solution designs in Organization Design, Workforce Analytics, or Talent/Career Management projects

  • Using various scenarios to forecast the workforce requirement and future organization capabilities

  • Support survey administration as required

  • Supporting rewards design solution development

  • May involve in other interesting projects including merger acquisition or change management.

The Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Industrial Engineering/Sciences/Psychology will be preferable, Master Degree will be an advantage

  • Rewards / Compensation and Benefits experience is preferred but not essential

  • A good team-player with high degree of personal initiative and with keen interest in pursuing a long-term career in human resources consulting

  • Strong working knowledge of the following PC-based software applications for analysis and reporting: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and other data analysis programs

  • Able to convey ideas in coherent, fluent and logical manner

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesia and English
