Job Information
WTW Work & Rewards Intern in Jakarta, Indonesia
The Role
Collect and validating data (e.g. organization and employee data, cash/benefit data, strategy documents) for benchmarking and various analysis
Conduct/develop desk research, interview, analysis, reports and presentation related to various solution designs in Organization Design, Workforce Analytics, or Talent/Career Management projects
Using various scenarios to forecast the workforce requirement and future organization capabilities
Support survey administration as required
Supporting rewards design solution development
May involve in other interesting projects including merger acquisition or change management.
The Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Industrial Engineering/Sciences/Psychology will be preferable, Master Degree will be an advantage
Rewards / Compensation and Benefits experience is preferred but not essential
A good team-player with high degree of personal initiative and with keen interest in pursuing a long-term career in human resources consulting
Strong working knowledge of the following PC-based software applications for analysis and reporting: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and other data analysis programs
Able to convey ideas in coherent, fluent and logical manner
Good written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesia and English
