Aerotek General Laborer in Janesville, Wisconsin

Job Description

Seeking a diligent Manufacturing Operator to join our dynamic team, responsible for loading and unloading parts at presses, furnaces, and deburring units. This role requires packaging parts per specifications and offers the opportunity to work across three different areas, providing exposure to various departments and job duties. This position involves lifting items up to 35lbs.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Janesville, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

Our facility operates across three shifts: 1st shift from 6:25 AM to 2:30 PM, 2nd shift from 2 PM to 10 PM with a $1.50 premium, and 3rd shift from 10 PM to 6 AM with a $2.50 premium. Overtime is available, with potential for working up to every other Saturday after 90 days. The environment is bustling within a large 400,000 sq.ft facility housing approximately 700 employees, and can be loud and dirty. Safety attire required includes steel-toe footwear, jeans, and t-shirts without rips or holes.
