DATA DIMENSIONS Operation Support Manager in JANESVILLE, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Represents Production during Implementations both for client projects and internal improvement projects. Design and develop initial staffing, equipment and facility plans based upon work volume, turnaround requirements and workflow requirements of the project. Coordinates the execution of said plans with operations management and supervisory staff assigned to the processing for the project. Completes instructional documentation and training materials. Conducts training as assigned. Performs unit and integration testing tasks in conjunction with technical staff and/or coordinates production staff to perform testing. Coordinates production staff for systems and user acceptance (client) testing. Reviews test results for feedback to technical staff for defects and/or enhancements and feedback to operational staff for training concerns. Remain as an operations SME for the project until staff is trained, and project is at steady state based upon completed knowledge transfer to project support specialist or long term as assigned. Work with vendors for training, testing, QA and general follow up including participating in/conducting process management calls as required. Communicates with project manager, client service manager, technical staff and other operations staff as required for the project. Communicates with direct supervisor as to project status. Learn new systems/processes/technologies as support of your role as SME. Required to attend mandatory meetings and trainings, work scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and perform other duties as assigned per business needs. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualification Requirements To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following: Must be at least 18 years of age. Able to read, write and speak English. Successfully pass and maintain acceptable background checks and security clearances. Associates degree plus 2-3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work with and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently in a team to identify, clarify and remedy issues. Problem-solving skills are required. Strong customer service skills. Possess leadership, interpersonal, communication, and execution skills. Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task with flexibility to change directions with little or no notice. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Ability to develop collaborative relationships with client groups and team members. Superior understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
