Job Description:

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Construction Management to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction management aspect of large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the construction management team.

• Develop and implement comprehensive project management plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Oversee all aspects of construction activities, including procurement, subcontractor management, and site supervision.

• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.

• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other project team members to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

• Provide regular updates and reports on project status, including budget, schedule, and quality metrics.

• Implement best practices and innovative strategies to optimize project delivery and efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

• Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction management, with at least 10 years in a leadership role and a minimum 5yrs+ experience in GCC (KSA experience ideally).

• Experience in high level architectural finishing for iconic landmarks/buildings

• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are highly desirable.
