Nestle Trade Asset Technical Optimization Specialist in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

POSITION SUMMARY:

Ensure optimal performance of deployed Trade assets resulting in high end cup quality by managing the Trade Assets and resources (human and material) within approved budgets (Capex and expenses) and in compliance with Nestle and Nestle Professional Best Practice Standards and local regulations.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Is responible to monitor the Beverage Business Trade Asset Performance and define corrective actions of underperforming equipments. Is also responsible to identify and advise successful conditions that drive growth within the entire machine park.

  • Define in agreement with the CBM and NP mFIC, the budget request for the Trade Assets CAPEX, in alignment with the TA demand plan, and the approved envelope provided by the Region.

  • Is responsible of the TA’s planning cycle by efficiently driving the integration of trade assets into the Monthly Business Planning Cycle (MSR, MGR, MFR, MOR). as well as guaranteeing its procurement, preparation, distribution, installation, withdrawal, maintenance, refurbishment/remanufacturing, custody and destruction processes to meet NP Beverage market execution plan and integrated commercial plan. Either through a direct operation, a third party operator or subcontracted individual services.Is responsible also for managing third party suppliers on the Trade assets Management related activities, in alignment with the NP TAM "Best Practices."

  • Administrates the Operational Budget for the management of the Trade Assets Park (on both Direct and tercerized models), including the administration of facilities, vehicles, tools, parts and accessories, aiming at executing such tasks in the most cost effective manner.

  • Supports Sales in the training of new customers, the resolution of incidents related to Trade Assets and the execution of generating demand activities on the field, and the performance monitoring of the park for decision support.

  • Provides coaching to his team and defines the succession and growth plans, evaluates the performance of the staff at his charge and validates the applicable incentives and/or sanctions.

What will make you successful…

  • 3 - 5 yrs experience in Technical Service and Sales, preferable in Beverages, in the Out of Home environment. Supply Chain - Demand Planning experience is a plus.

  • Demonstrated success in managing cross functional teams at market level and creating a sustainable high performance culture

  • Experience of working in a matrix environment with the ability to influence outside the circle of direct authority at an international level

  • Practical experience and understanding of quality principles, HACCP, Hygiene in Food and Beverage Industry
