Ashtabula County Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking: RNs
QUALIFICATIONS:
RN with an Ohio license, a minimum of (2) years nursing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience; demonstrated ability to organize, lead, direct and work cooperatively with others. Supervisory capabilities and experience in directing, delegating and evaluating staff. An individual who poses a direct threat to the health and safety of himself/herself or others in the workplace will be deemed not qualified for this position. Good attendance required.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES:
Under general supervision of the Director of Nursing, the RN Clinical Supervisor is responsible for directing and supervising the delivery of nursing care and services to residents in the Nursing Home.
