Job Description

As a Production Operator, where you will follow a daily production schedule and achieve specified goals. Ensure all products conform to specific standards while minimizing rework. Operate taping machines, shrink wrap machines, pallet jacks, and manage trash and recycling compactors. You will perform standard operating procedures of production and inspection, complete necessary paperwork, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Other responsibilities include accurately labeling products, maintaining FIFO records, adding ingredients to batches, moving and monitoring meat quality, making pallets, and continuously placing finished products on assembly lines.

Addtional Skills and Qualifications

• 1+ year of production experience

• Operation of taping machines

• Use of shrink wrap machines and pallet jacks

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

• Proficiency in following safety protocols and manufacturing practices

• Experience in maintaining FIFO records

• Competency in handling and preparing ingredients according to formulations

Work Environment

The role is set in a manufacturing environment with variable temperatures and noise levels, involving equipment movement and wet or slippery floors. Safety glasses are required.
